Partially update a credential template

Updates one or more fields of a credential template. Fields that are absent or null are left unchanged, so a patch cannot remove the status list or the custom template; use PUT for that. Lists (contexts, displays, attributes), when sent, replace the whole list. The key cannot be patched; use PUT to rename.
